Taboola Information Systems team is looking for an experienced, process-oriented Finance Implementer who is familiar with NetSuite and Procure to Pay solutions with strong technical skills, to join our Information Systems team. As Finance Application Expert you will be working with the global Finance organization to define, design and maintain the Finance applications landscape. You will be part of the team defining future solutions based on the dynamic and evolving needs of the Finance team. The Finance Application Expert is expected to be the resident expert for all Taboola's Finance applications with a solid hands-on approach and sound execution records.

We are particularly looking for a person with a background in development, or strong technical skills, who can and wants to grow their technical skills.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Become proficient with Taboola's global ecosystem of Finance applications.
• Compile and manage requirements, processes analysis & solutions implementation.
• Lead Information Systems projects in the Finance ecosystem and bring them to the finish line within the planned timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Finance stakeholders.
• Support internal customers at all Taboola's sites around the world.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of Taboola's core Information Systems infrastructure and support ongoing connectivity efforts between Information Systems, Finance, and related departments.
• Work on complex technical projects, assume the role of processes designer and apply development and analytical skills as needed.

What are the skills a good Finance applications expert needs to have?

• 3+ years of experience as an application implementer of Finance ERP, preferred in global companies. NetSuite experience is an advantage.
  • Wide understanding of Finance business processes and systems, for topics such as Procure to Pay, Collection, Accounting and FP&A.
  • Expert ability to translate business requirements to technical design, good analytical skills.
  • Strong technical orientation, hands on development experience - a big advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with developers and end-users across different cultures.
  • Creative thinking and cognitive flexibility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Excellent English - Written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems - an advantage
