Information Systems Security Engineer Lead

Job Description

ASRC Federal Cyber is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.

We are seeking anCybersecurity Engineer Lead tosupport Project Manager, Intelligence Systems Analytics (PM IS A) Cybersecurity Support Services by supporting cybersecurity systems engineering, assessment and authorization, field service engineer, and other management support services necessary to accomplish the missions and goals.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the deliverables, managing project artifacts, and managing staff and performance to include:

• Employ secure configuration management processes.
• Ensure acquired or developed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with organization's cybersecurity architecture guidelines.
• Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture, and develop a security risk management plan.
• Provide engineering support to current and future PM IS A systems for development, integration, testing, production, demonstration and fielding.
• Provide systems engineering support in order to integrate new technologies or enhancements of existing systems.
• Provide support to all test events to include hardware, software, and System Level Tests as needed. The Contractor shall prepare the test and evaluation master plan and other related documentation.
• Prepare technical and engineering documentation to include interface control documents, test procedures, and specifications.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 or more years directly related experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 15 or more years directly related experience
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of IASAE experience.
• Certification in one or more of the following: CISSP-ISSAP,CISSP-ISSEP or CCSP.
• Define enclave security requirements in accordance with applicable IA policies.
• Develop/integrate cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements or requirements for the processing of multiple classification levels of data primarily applicable to government organizations (e.g., UNCLASSIFIED, SECRET, and TOP SECRET).
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly.
