About the Job:

You will be key in facilitating coordination and collaboration among development teams to enhance our commercial applications across various business processes. Additionally, you will manage the product backlog and prioritize deliverables to maximize value for our stakeholders. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements from our business stakeholders, which will inform the technical specifications needed to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document their requirements.
• Create user stories to convey business needs to development and QA teams.
• Prepare business design documents that reflect these requirements.
• Assist development and QA teams in translating business designs into technical specifications and testing strategies.
• Work alongside development teams throughout the design, development, and testing phases to ensure deliverables align with business needs.
• Organize training sessions with business teams before product releases, as necessary.
• Partner with fellow Business Analysts to define the product roadmap and release plans.

Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Oil and Gas sector.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from business stakeholders.

• Background in application development preferably.Net
