Position Description

Our Cyber Analytics practice is seeking an experienced and driven Information Technology (IT) Specialist. The IT Specialist will monitor IT systems, including servers, applications, database, and routers/switches. You will support workstation setup, configuration, and updates, as well as provide desktop support and address network issues promptly to maintain critical operations. Professional courtesy and coordination with Government Project Managers (PM) and security teams, engineers, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to meet requirements and maintain positive relationships.

Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer/Information Security, Network Administration, or other related discipline, or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience deploying and testing network configurations, planning and executing patch management, and maintaining version control of systems, such as VMWare, OpenStack, Windows, Linux, and Mac/Unix-based systems.
• Experience providing local and remote support to configure and troubleshoot systems, virtualization, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS, file, and print servers.
• Clearance Requirement: Active TS clearance is required.
