We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, organized, inquisitive Information Technology Lead to help make Flowcode secure and performance optimized for both our in and out of office teammates. The Flowcode team works out of a converted garage in Soho, which makes it one of the most unique offices in NYC. As the Information Technology Lead, you will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities, researching and suggesting technical improvements, and ultimately implementing projects and patches to all things IT related.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Network Support, including:
- Periodic Audit & assessment of infrastructure
- Onsite Support for connectivity issues and network configurations
- Troubleshooting/communication with Technical team and our ISP in the event of an outage
- Lightning-fast tech support for day to day issues
- Mobile Device Management: Jamf and Kaseya
- Inventory management and health assessment
- Manage device-wide rollouts: Proactive roll out of patches, upgrades, and policies
- Device provisioning and deprovisioning, customized at the department level
- Give and revoke user access instantaneously
- Monitor permissions
- Manage access requests for files, applications, and hardware
- Monitor access and permissions for applications
- Run audit reports in Gsuite and flag unusual activity
- IT support for in office equipment
- Assess and maintain conferencing setups
- Inventory, organize, and maintain office hardware
- Assess setups for security and optimized performance
- Document basic instructions for users where needed
- Periodic strategic projects, starting with:
- Moving primary company apps into okta
- Setting up ZTNA (Cloudflare access)
- Software Licensing
- Work with managers to Inventory of software licenses users have on laptops and what to remove/add for future onboards
- Inventory of all SAAS software (paid and free) being used
- Security
- Laptop profiles for compliance (allowed software, usb access, network access monitoring, etc)
- VPN/ZTNA management and configuration for access to SAAS apps
- Work with MDR vendor to monitor laptops
What makes you a good addition to our team:
- 3+ years experience in an IT lead role, preferably within a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated mastery of zoom based AV technology
- Strong verbal communication skills, especially when troubleshooting. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and patient demeanor
- Hardworking and get-it-done mentality, no job is too big or too small!
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. You must be a master of your field and anticipate needs before they arise
- 2+ years of experience maintaining workstations
- 2+ years working within Okta
- 3+ years of experience as a Google suite admin
- Self-starter attitude and a high level of accountability
