Summary
This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting analysis of IT investments to include alignment to mission, acquisition methodology used, compliance to policies and guidance, and return on investment.

Qualifications
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Analyzing and evaluating methods and techniques to assess the effectiveness and efficiencies of IT portfolio management and IT governance policies and procedures;
- Providing advice in the evolving area of IT portfolio management and the rapidly changing field of information management/information technology (IM/IT), on matters relating to automation, data, IT budget processes, information assurance, or IT systems architecture.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
