Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various teams across the business, including Corporate Communications, Marketing and Technology teams to redesign the corporate intranet site (Connect) as well as support and maintain the platform (Unily) through a content management system (CMS) for both desktop and mobile experience.
• Utilize and recommend current best practices for Intranet design and architecture by leveraging CMS, HTML5, CSS and Java Script to create and maintain content based on the needs for different areas of the business and different audiences.
• Lead efforts and provide general support to successfully fulfill requests and complete projects based on specific requirements while maintaining company brand throughout the intranet site.
• Coordinate intranet visual design with Marketing Creative team for digital content design.
• Work closely with the vendor (Unily) CSR and Technical team to report and troubleshoot incidents as well as coordinating system upgrades.
• Develop, test and improve content by leveraging the different widgets available within the CMS.
• Engage and participate in training sessions with vendor (Unily).
• Test latest UI elements before implementation.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.
• Conduct content audits to eliminate inaccurate, redundant and/or duplicate information.
• Improve the User Experience of the intranet regularly.
• Keep up to date with Unily best practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience using Unily Content Management System (CMS) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience working with mobile and desktop applications preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience working with HTML5, CSS and Java Script.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience with wireframing/prototyping.
• Experience on both web and mobile (iOS & Android) platforms.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and committed to client service.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
