Infrastructure Architect (Remote)

Job Description

Flexion Inc., a Madison, WI-based IT Consulting and Services firm, is looking for an Infrastructure Architect to work remotely on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI.

The Infrastructure Architect is responsible for planning and designing infrastructure technology solutions that support the business requirements and align with the Architecture standards and patterns of our client.

This includes working with Architecture to develop and govern infrastructure technology architecture standards, guidelines, and patterns. You will also work with technologists and Solution Architects to develop and implement solutions that reduce complexity, improve agility, and integrate infrastructure technology solutions.

For applications to be fully optimized, they need to be architected to take advantage of the global scale, elasticity, automation, and high availability features of the AWS cloud. Some of the services you will be required to have experience with are:

• 3+ years of AWS Architect experience
• API Gateway
• Fargate
• ECS
• EK
• Code Pipeline
• Cloud Formation
• Route53is
