How will you make an impact in this role?

You will be responsible for providing platform expertise to our site reliability and operations team. You will also be working with senior engineers to help support the platform with current and future initiatives.

• Supporting MDM policies, profiles, and processes for macOS devices
• Participate in packaging, testing, and execution of software deployments and upgrades
• Support engineering efforts with infrastructure and maintenance
• Be part of a highly collaborative self-driven team to provide the best device experience possible
• Collaborate with multiple teams in the American Express environment to support, test, and deploy various tools and strategies
• Providing troubleshooting expertise for internal and external escalations

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in macOS management and support with an MDM tool
• General understanding of bash scripting
• Knowledge of the Mac operating system in an enterprise environment
• General understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience in Information Technology and Security best practices
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to support multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Jamf Certification (300)
• Proficiency in 1 or more scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
• 2+ Supporting and managing macOS in an enterprise environment

Salary Range: $59,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
