How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for engineering and troubleshooting the Windows Operating System on end user computing devices.

• Performs core technical aspects to support the Windows Operating System and supporting infrastructure.
• Manages drivers, firmware, and OS configurations
• Contributes to the migration to Modern Management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Participates in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Supports configuration and implementation deployments to 70,000+ clients
• Contributes to the creation of technical design/implementation documentation
• Supports requirements understanding and issue resolution
• Participates in test planning and execution
• Work with project teams to prepare components for production
• Provide advanced troubleshooting
• Works on prioritized/assigned features for ongoing sprints

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience administering Windows environments
• Document and troubleshoot network topologies with proxies, VIPS, and firewalls
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM package deployment
• Operating System Deployment technology (Drivers, WIM, MDT, AutoPilot)
• Scripting (PowerShell, VB)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting (Application, Client, Task Sequence)
• Knowledge of Active Directory Security Groups, OUs, DNS, and GPO management
• Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks for Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of PKI

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
