Team Introduction
Pangle is a global ad network under ByteDance, which enables effective mobile app monetization and ad performance. Powered by intelligent advertising technology, Pangle leverages interactive and high performing video ad formats to drive real business results.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of the Pangle Infra engineering team
- Responsible for the optimization of the Pangle delivery engine, model engineering and other infrastructure
- Responsible for e-commerce architecture, attribution, anti-spam and other business engineering
- Responsible for the development of ads delivery and ranking systems for the global market.
- Responsible for the development of market specific features together with ads platform.
- Work independently on a variety of tasks from complex modules to subsystem level in high quality.
- Familiar with the entire software development life cycle, including product discussion, requirement analysis, document writing, system design, coding, testing, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Possess 3 years of team management experience
- 5 years of experience in related fields
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields
- Strong knowledge of data structure and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Javascript, Java, c++
- Excellent communication skills

- Curiosity towards new technology and outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems
