About the Role:

Tulip is seeking an experienced technical product manager to lead our infrastructure team. The infrastructure team owns Tulip’s deployment, security, and data retention infrastructure. As the lead for the team, you’ll define the strategy and roadmap for some of our most important enterprise features around deployment and security. You’ll represent voice of the customer for these matters and will work across the company with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we deliver on the key products we need to continue scaling rapidly with new and existing enterprise customers.


About You:

  • You excel at analytical thinking.
  • You're an excellent written and verbal communicator. You can explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • You have a proven track record of taking ownership, initiative, and delivering results.

What skills do I need?

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company, including demonstrated experience working on enterprise solutions
  • Able to build products with deep technical requirements
  • Able to work closely with enterprise customers to deliver value
  • Experience with security, cloud architectures, legal and compliance, or GxP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the deployment and security needs of users in manufacturing, ranging from end-users, to administrators responsible for deployment and management of Tulip across entire organizations
  • Define product strategies and roadmap for our deployment and security needs, both for external and internal customers
  • Own the roadmap and drive data-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build and successfully launch new products
  • Build processes that will help our team and company continue to grow

Key Collaborators:

  • Engineering: Work with engineering teams across the build products and features for our customers
  • Design: Partner with design to make sure we build great experiences
  • Commercial: Work with commercial to understand customer needs, work on launches, pricing, etc
