Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to join EPAM. On this role you will be primarily tasked with preserving the integrity and performance of EPAM's security systems. Join our team and make a direct impact on our system's safety and reliability.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of all security systems
• Operating and securing our systems on Linux platforms such as Ubuntu and CentOS
• Implementing cloud security measures with a deep understanding of the concepts involved
• Managing email security as well as endpoint detection and response
• Utilizing a range of Secret Management Tools like Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager, and HashiCorp Vault
• Deploying security measures on Microsoft Windows to maintain and secure EPAM systems
• Developing automation scripts using Python or Go to enhance the efficiency of our security systems and protocols

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of cloud security concepts and security endpoints systems including EDR, DNS Filtering, and E-mail Security
• Familiarity with Secret Management Tools such as Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager, and HashiCorp Vault
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows or Linux
• English language proficiency equivalent to B1 level or higher
