Job Description As a senior leader in Infrastructure Support, you're eager to put your never-ending curiosity about technology and your need to never stop innovating to good use in order to help the business run better. Here, you'll do just that, directly overseeing nimble, energetic senior IT teams as you work to deliver end-to-end enterprise services. You'll be an agent of organizational, operational, and technological change, setting team goals, priorities, and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You'll focus on specific areas such as incident, risk, problem, technology maintenance (patch management), change management, client relationships, internal and external communications, product delivery, lifecycle management, and product evolution. You'll set expectations and standards in KPIs, budgets, financials, business plans, objectives, and milestones. You'll coach, manage, and mentor people directly with your in-house team and in collaboration with dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Technology Maintenance to help define, shape, and execute the Technology Maintenance Strategy.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in service, functional area or Infrastructure supported and inter-dependencies
  • 10+ years of overall experience IT Service Management or Technical Program Manager

Primary Responsibilities :
  • Defines and communicates Technology Maintenance vision and strategy
  • Research and apply industry developments and best practices
  • Creates and maintains the patch/hygiene roadmap(s)
  • Drive firmwide adoption of the patch management control framework
  • Advanced knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met.
  • Expertise in delivering and working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
  • Expertise in financial control and budget management

Preferred (not required)
  • Background in software development and working with technical stakeholders
  • Cloud Infrastructure deployment at scale
  • Familiarity with IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, technologies, and products
  • Strong technical background with one or more Public Cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure
