Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Technology Maintenance to help define, shape, and execute the Technology Maintenance Strategy.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in service, functional area or Infrastructure supported and inter-dependencies
- 10+ years of overall experience IT Service Management or Technical Program Manager

Primary Responsibilities :
- Defines and communicates Technology Maintenance vision and strategy
- Research and apply industry developments and best practices
- Creates and maintains the patch/hygiene roadmap(s)
- Drive firmwide adoption of the patch management control framework
- Advanced knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met.
- Expertise in delivering and working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
- Expertise in financial control and budget management
Preferred (not required)
- Background in software development and working with technical stakeholders
- Cloud Infrastructure deployment at scale
- Familiarity with IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, technologies, and products
- Strong technical background with one or more Public Cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure
