We are currently seeking a Initiate Application Support Specialist - REMOTE to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Initiate Application Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Works as an onshore / offshore coordinator in a customer facing environment.
• Acts as Vendor Manager with IBM and Verato for support for upgrades.
• Works as the Vendor Manager for production support activities.
• Quarterly Patching of Application Server and Application Upgrade when needed.
• Round the year secondary support and weekday primary support (US holiday excluded)
• Coordinates meetings with offshore resources on regular basis
• Reviews and maintains documents, ensuring they are up to date.
• Provide training; mentors the team to improve the application knowledge and support quality.
• Provide status reports and Incident data analysis for various dashboards.
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Provides on-call support as required (24*7 shift model, morning, evening, and night).

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with IBM Initiate/Infosphere.
• Minimum one year of experience with Verato
• Experience with Change Management processes
• Experience facilitating meetings between client(s) and vendors.
• Experience developing and dispersing status reports, communicating with all levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working as a Project Lead

Location & Travel:

Position is in Phoenix and can be remote for candidates currently residing in Arizona.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this remote role is $78,900 to $109,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
