This position is governed by a local union contract.
The Initiative Project Manager will report to the Cross Sell Lead. The Initiative Project Manager will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Management fields
Overview
Manages the tactical and day-to-day operational aspects of a portfolio of individual initiatives, including coordinating with cross-functional / SME stakeholders and Cross-Sell Leads to create, manage, and monitor
Primary Responsibilities
- Executes strategy of initiative, including working with Cross-Sell Lead and GTM PM to finalize details of initiative brief
- Coordinates with Cross-Sell Leads and Finance to identify and recommend the KPIs / success metrics for the initiative
- Provides input to the Cross Sell Lead on process and governance updates
- Performs continued oversight and reporting of initiative progress and impact to Cross-Sell Leads as appropriate
- Hands off initiative once indicated in handoff readiness checklist
Key Interactions
- Coordinates kickoff of initiative with the GTM team for strategy execution
- Provides support to Cross-Sell Leads for roadmap creation and maintenance as initiatives are under evaluation and improvement
- Point of Escalation to Optimization Team for any major change in strategy or risk to delivery date
Success Metrics
- Progress towards program-wide metrics
- Specific role metrics:
- # of new initiatives launched
- Speed to pilot / launch
- Lead generation

The salary range for this role is $137,000 - $198,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
