Innovation and Strategy Analyst

TechOp Solutions provides technology and operational solutions to senior decision makers in Homeland Security and Homeland Defense in the federal, state, and local governments, as well as private and commercial enterprises who must maintain situational awareness, collect/analyze critical information, and make timely risk-mitigated decisions regardless of the pressures of time and circumstance.

· 4+ years developing capability gap analyses for new technologies within the federal government

· 4+ years applying capability gap analysis methodologies for operational enhancements across different geographies

· 4+ years developing and providing recommendations to clients based on capability gap outputs

· Ability to present findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly and concisely to senior management and clients

· Experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with federal stakeholders at various levels

· Experience interpreting complex data and translating them into actionable insights

· Bachelor’s Degree in business, Public Administration, or any related field. Masters Preferred

Preferred Experience:

· Experience performing research and development for the federal government

· Experience working with federal or other large law enforcement agencies

· Experience working with data analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

An active security clearance is required.
