Innovation Manager

• Lead the evolution and management of a robust innovation assessment process through CNB's Fintech Council (group of senior executives from across CNB) and applicable stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders across the bank to determine key focus areas – tactical and strategic that present an opportunity/threat for CNB
• Help create and drive a culture of innovation within the digital teams through internal events, engagement and information sharing
• Create and managing a Innovation portal to help educate, communicate and track activity across CNB
• Act as key liaison across CNB and RBC (CNB's parent company) relating to innovation, and identifying areas of collaboration, shared knowledge and opportunities

Must-Have*

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant roles, including analytics, innovation, strategy, consulting, or project and program management-related positions
• Minimum 3 years of banking work experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite required
