Innovation Strategist- Global Experience Design

This is a role with one of Slalom's global teams - we are open to hiring in many locations and travel will be required as needed by our clients.

What You'll Do

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to foster a culture where innovation thrives in financial services, retail, government, non-profits, health and life sciences, manufacturing, and other sectors.

• Play a critical role at the intersection of business, design, and technology where you'll think strategically and systematically while you coordinate with teams to create opportunities to innovate on ambiguous and complex challenges.

• Guide one or more innovation programs

• Collaborate with and coach teams on practical ways to apply human-centered design approaches

• When necessary, establish innovation centers of excellence to drive training, best practices and support transforming a culture to embed user-centered design principles in their day-to-day approach to solve problems.
