Thencome and join our global team as Innovation Think Tank Coordinator - USA

Your tasks and responsibilities:• You will be responsible for the acquisition and implementation of the projects • You are responsible for development of requirements for products within the Laboratory Diagnostics, Point-of-Care and Medical Imaging fields in collaboration with other team members at ITT global locations

• You will lead the conception of minimal viable product (MVP) with R&D and innovation teams, as well as responsible for the validation of prototypes/solution scenarios, together with our dedicated clinical partners (universities, hospitals, labs, clinics, etc.)
• You will closely collaborate with the Innovation Think Tank labs and partners globally, both in cross-location projects and in the optimization of clinical pathways by creation of various scenarios.
• You will support in the organization and management of Innovation Think Tank (ITT) Certification and Training Programs, ITT Lab set-up, etc.
• This position requires travel for customer need investigations, prototype validation visits, which could account for 15% of responsibilities. Schedules often can be planned in advance.

Your qualifications andexperience:

• You have a bachelors or masters degree in biomedical engineering or other sciences and engineering fields (mechanical, biotechnology, chemical, etc.)
• You have experience working in areas related to medical technology.
• You have experience working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural experience.
• You have experience in entrepreneurship and start-ups.

Your attributes and skills:

• You are interested in solving problems within the Healthcare and Medicine fields, have a positive mindset and out-of-the-box thinking.
• You are interested to work on projects in an intercultural and interdisciplinary environment together with the multinational and diverse ITT Teams globally
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate in English (verbally and written) on a high level.
• You are open to new ideas and can work independently as well as in a team.
