Inside Account Manager III - SLED

JOB SUMMARY:

The Inside Account Manager III (IAM III - SLED) will assist the SLED Sales Vertical and will leverage vendor and manufacturer account teams to assist in the quoting, ordering and post-ordering phases. This role will be teamed with an Account Executive and will be expected to work strategically with the AE to identify and bring in new business opportunities. An IAM III is majority quoting and will be introducing customer and partner facing responsibilities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the day to day activity of a set list of accounts.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with existing clients as well as working with Account Executives to identify and bring in new opportunities.
• Managing various task, projects and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Learning key aspects of customers' business as it relates to ZIVARO products and services.
• Preparing sales proposals and quotes to customers for upgrades and IT projects.
• Organizing and lead day-to-day activities that are required to ensure timely and accurate response times to internal and external customers.
• MS Office including PowerPoint
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: ZIVARO is looking for a person who has a minimum of High School diploma and minimum 8 years of experience in the sales industry, IT/Managed Services/SLED highly preferred. This person will have experience in quoting and will be introduced to customer and partner facing responsibilities. Ideally, this person would have experience handling vendor research, customer invoicing and billing issues. This person will also be able to analyze situations and react properly with minimal supervision. If you have a great attitude and are looking for a career path in Sales, this is the role for you.

U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions at Zivaro, due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
