Inside Sales

Position Purpose:

Seek new sales opportunities from existing and prospective customers with outbound phone and email communication. Support field sales team in communicating, following up, and addressing customers' needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out to a high volume of customers daily to drive an increase in business.
• Document details of conversations in CRM and follow up as needed.
• Learn proper product information to be able to communicate with customers effectively.
• Communicate market intelligence obtained with supervisor.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and RFQs as requested.
• Provide support to outside sales team by communicating customer activity and providing leads.
• Lead efforts to organize and manage all records, reports, and data for the Sales Department.
• Provide consistent and timely communication with warehouse personnel to ensure customer needs are taken care of.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Essential Skills, Education & Experience:

• Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales administration experience is required.
• Aggressive hunter mentality.
• Requires proficiency in the use of personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite to generate memos, reports and general office correspondence.
• Must have good customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Role will work in office in Rockwall, TX.
