THE ROLE: Inside Sales Administrator, Cloud

Job Summary:

The primary role of a Cloud Inside Sales Support individual is to support the sales team selling Cloud business. This person will work in operations and interact with our Digital Sales Executives alongside the sales support team. The ISR will interact with vendors and customers to maintain ongoing business and ensure accurate operation processes are engaged. This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams (Engineering, Credit and Collections, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing teams) to execute quote to ordering for Presidio customers.

Travel Requirement:

Limited travel. 1-3 times per year for team building events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Presidio account teams to provide customer transactional quoting support
• Coordinates order processing requirements with sales and internal personnel. This includes order entry, collecting and consolidating information from Inside Sales and handling any issues requests from logistics
• Engage with Presidio international sales teams to provide support to global customers
• Track customer orders submitted and create ad-hoc reports for sales and customer
• Must have an understanding of backlog/invoicing to help resolve open inventory
• Work daily in internal tools pulling data and transferring to excel for review
• Submit vendor expedite requests for backorder items as needed
• Communicate effectively with necessary parties to ensure order detail and documentation are updated and appropriately entered into the system
• Track and disburse Cisco Subscription Renewals to Inside Sales Team
• Work with internal operations team to resolve additional issues (customer satisfaction, RMA's/Returns. etc) when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service on all requests
• Participate in sales operations meetings as required
• Assist with New Hire onboarding support
• Receives work direction from department leadership; however, is responsible for prioritizing his/her own work by sales allocation, date needed to fill and logistics of work order
• Additional responsibilities as required

Required Skills:

• Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high priority issues during peak periods
• Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (excel, word, etc) and online sales and quoting tools
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space
• Must have knowledge of sales cycle process
• Strong customer service skills with a continuous service orientation focus
• Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
