At Peachtree, the inside sales component is an integral part of keeping the sales pipeline filled with qualified prospects who fit the profile of Peachtree clients.  We are looking to add a results oriented inside sales person who has interest in the clinical trials / pharmaceutical industry.  If successful, this person would have the opportunity for additional responsibilities within the group including a move to an outside sales / BD Director role if desired. We are based in Atlanta, but this can be a remote position anywhere in the US.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound customer acquisition and marketing activities including emails, calls, and other methods as directed by Manager
  • Document activity within CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Achieve minimum productivity goals related to scheduled meetings, and RFPs
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge about the clinical trials process, Peachtree operations, and our specialized therapeutic areas
  • Work with Manager and BD team in the production of compelling messages for prospects
  • Use market research data to create prospect lists and communicate to applicable stakeholders
  • Gain commitment from new account decision makers to take part in a General Capabilities Call or Discovery Call with Business Development
  • Support business development team as needed: inbound calls, customer questions, materials delivery, conferences, etc.

Experience:

  • 2+ years working in a professional business environment
  • 1+ years successful inside sales experience desired
  • Outstanding communication skills and a healthy competitive nature
  • Business software such as MS 365
  • CRM experience
