Job Description

We operate a large fleet of vehicles that we provide to rideshare, last mile, and taxi drivers on a flexible basis. We invest heavily in our technology and our people to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.
We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Associate on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) with knowledge of the rideshare industry to join our team! Your job will be to meet with and execute reservation requests from our prospective customers across new and existing markets.
What you’ll do
- Curate an excellent customer experience during the onboarding process
- Own the sales lifecycle for designated markets
- Partner with Operations Leads (Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Service) to develop high-value projects to present and execute with efficiency
- Complete driver onboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching)
- Investigate customer underwriting and qualification requirements to improve customer retention
- Utilize knowledge of the rideshare industry to provide best-in-class support, services, and solutions
- Find ways to improve the sales lifecycle, create and distribute marketing collateral
- Lead contract appointments alongside our customer support team.
What we look for
- 1-3 years of inside sales related experience
- Experience using CRMs
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Service industry related experience preferred
- Photoshop or Illustrator experience preferred
- Knowledge of rideshare industry is a plus
- Spanish proficiency is a plus

Compensation range: $60,000-$80,000 + commission (15-20% anticipated)
