Inside Sales Development Representative
Job Description
ZeroSum is seeking motivated, upwardly mobile team members to drive the growth of our high performing sales teams. The Sales Development Representative's primary function will be to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our industry leading marketing platform. You'll be on the front line of identifying and qualifying new prospects each week by leveraging the incredible intel/data in our world-class ecosystem. This is a sales development role where you'll be approaching dealers via phone and email daily. We thrive in an environment of a constantly evolving/growing tech stack and being able to continually challenge what is happening around the industry
Inside Sales - What you'll be doing:
- Execute consistent outreach cadence of cold calling, emailing and other touch points with potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
- Develop new sales prospects, cultivate relationships, identify needs, pain points and opportunities
- Leverage data, tools, and new platforms to accelerate sales process
- Set up proposal meetings and sales calls between potential customers and Sales Executives
- Provide an elite demonstration and proposal using these tools
Inside Sales - Expectations:
- Strong desire to learn, develop and move up within a sales organization
- Consistently achieve activity targets
- Represent our products and services with clear understanding and demonstration of their value
- Challenge the industry by presenting complex ideas to dealerships and their teams.
- Report to Sales Manager with Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly progress
- Contribute to the knowledge and learning of your team and the rest of the organization
- Work within SalesForce.com and HubSpot daily
Skills and experience you bring:
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email and web-based video conferencing
- Inquisitive, assertive, and up for a challenge
- Collaborative approach. We're a tight team across the country. We collaborate all day with cross-functional teams and all phases of the organization
- High level of ownership for your success, as well as the team you represent
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
