As an Inside Sales & E-Commerce Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our customer base and enhance our online sales platform. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and approaching new end-customers, managing our EMEA Webshop, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Your innovative ideas and proactive approach will help drive our sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Teams to define target customer profiles and key messaging. Your ability to research and identify potential leads using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be crucial. You will develop and execute outbound campaigns that resonate with new customers, while also engaging with our existing customer database through creative initiatives.
Your expertise in e-commerce will be put to good use as you manage our Webshop, plan inventory levels, and enhance the customer experience by streamlining the checkout process and improving communication around delivery times. You will follow up on delivered orders, ensuring our customers are satisfied and identifying high-potential customers to create leads for our field sales teams.

- Attention to detail and strong ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in inside sales and e-commerce.
- Excellent phone support skills and a passion for customer contact.
- Fluent German and English skills (French is a plus).
