Inside Sales Escalation Specialist

Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold throughout the world via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Escalation specialist role is key in supporting our distribution partners. This position supports our distributors, and their sales teams with a focus on customer service and problem solving.

Primary Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for order management and reporting systems
• Identify opportunities and solve problems related to customer demand
• Prepare & lead virtual and onsite training for sales process & systems
• Support customer needs by responding and managing our ticketing system
• Partner with internal and external stake holders to drive sales opportunities
• Develop, analyze, and deliver sales reports to inside sales team, corporate and distributor leadership
• Drive and deliver various inside sales projects
