Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for the full cycle, B2B, inside sales process. This includes prospecting new leads, cold calling potential clients, and presenting our digital media solutions and a world-class suite of CX Tech SaaS via online demonstrations. This position is an onsite role at our amazing Old Town Scottsdale office located in the Penthouse of the Camelback Tower.

Are you the Sales Executive we are looking for?Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Develop and close new business deals via phone, online collaboration tools, and/or in-person meetingsÂ
- Renew and expand the DAS relationship with existing customersÂ
- Identify and generate new business by cross-selling additional productsÂ
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of automotive dealership prospects and/or current clients
- Quickly qualify prospects and assess the necessary steps to complete a new business transactionÂ
- Create mystery shop and intel reports that identify areas of opportunity, allowing the suite of DAS Technology solutions to provide value for prospects and/or current clients
- Manage and maintain the velocity of all deals through the pipelineÂ
- Persistent follow-up: leverage all gathered intel, provided outreach tools, and strategic approaches to ensure appointments are set, held, and sold
- Achieve and exceed quarterly quota goalsÂ
- Document all activities and forecast business diligently within Microsoft DynamicsÂ
RequirementsÂ
- 2+ years demonstrated sales skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota from existing customers and new business in a dynamic, automated selling environmentÂ
- A natural ability to generate positive relationships with both customers and prospectsÂ
- Ability to cold call into a large number of accounts to create a pipeline with qualified opportunitiesÂ
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.) & Microsoft Dynamics proficiency is a plusÂ
- Experience using social networking tools in a professional capacityÂ
- Coachable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Automotive industry and/or social media solutions experience in a B2B environment is a strong plusÂ
