Inside Sales Intern-West Coast (REMOTE)

We're Looking For An: Inside Sales Intern-West Coast to work with the field sales team to aid distribution growth and marketing programs of Golden Hippo pet brands via virtual selling and support.
Location: Remote, USA
What You'll Be Doing:

• Make sure assigned stores have all merchandising and sales tools to increase product sales (stores will be assigned by Area Director or Territory Sales Manager on a weekly basis with some identified by Intern through data analysis)
• Make sure assigned stores are participating in marketing programs and online training programs
• Make sure all current stores of a brand are aware of a brand's new products and gain distribution if possible
• Leverage data platform to ID stores that need to be ordering product
• Leverage data platform to ID stores that have stopped stocking brands...and share with Sales Manager

• Basic business skills
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively on the phone with new people
• Self motivated and self directed with the ability to perform well with limited direction
• Detail orientation and great follow through
• Persistent personality
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business with some business courses completed
• Previous internship in business or related field preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $17-$20/hour.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
