RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Inside Sales Junior Representative is a developmental position that is designed to prepare the employee for further career advancement as an Inside Sales Manager.

• Acquire sales via phone from different company sources

• Expand knowledge of the sales process through mentoring by an Inside Sales Manager

• Work the sales process and exhibit progressive growth in skill set

• Increase understanding merchant needs and requirements

• Close sales and achieve levels of sales objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

• Education and Experience: HS/GED AND 2 years of related experience; OR Associates AND 0 years experience

• 2 years of sales, extensive inside phone sales, OR telemarketing sales experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook

• Must be 18 years of age or older​

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Highly organized and detail oriented
