Inside Sales Leader

 We are looking for an inside sales leader to scale our Community Accounts sales business. Community Accounts are small businesses and community non-profit institutions that advertise on public radio stations. The sales process and value proposition are validated. This role is scaling the business by leveraging data, technology, refining proven processes, and onboarding more public radio stations to exceed financial metrics and realize the business potential.Responsibilities: Management

• Communicate sales vision and implement a strong business plan.
• Manage the performance and professional development of sales team.
• Coach a team of 4 – 6 sales representatives on sales strategy pipeline reviews and achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Recruit, interview, and select talent to build a high-performing sales team.

Scale Revenue Generating Process

• Create efficient lead generation process.
• Build and execute high velocity inside sales processes and selling techniques.
• Implement and monitor automated workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing campaigns, and dashboard management.
• Define and optimize metrics, measures, and data infrastructure to grow sales.
• Refine email and phone scripts with marketing team to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with our content creation team to develop captivating and persuasive copy for automated email campaigns and landing pages, maintaining brand voice.
• Proactively leverage and adapt new technology in the selling process.

Create Efficient Order Delivery Processes

• Build partnerships with client stations to ensure successful fulfilment of orders.
• Manage an effective on-air copy approval process (unique to public media).
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks to guarantee the accurate implementation of campaigns.

 Leadership

• Lead and create an inside sales organization executing an organizational strategy to create a profitable and valuable business that supports public radio stations and the local companies and non-profits that support them.
• Make work fun for the team as they build this important revenue for public radio stations.

HubSpot Administration

• Function as HubSpot administrator and continue to learn HubSpot capabilities.
• Develop effective sales sequences.
• Assist in data management activities, including data cleansing, segmentation, and list management, to uphold data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance.
