DISCO is looking for an ambitious inside sales leader to join our growing sales organization. We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience managing high volume & high velocity sales teams and is eager to have a meaningful impact at DISCO.
Your ImpactWe are looking for a talented, experienced sales leader to join DISCO that is excited to help us build out our very successful inside sales organization in North America. This person will lead a team of quota-carrying inside sales professionals to ensure they reach and exceed their sales targets. This role encapsulates managing the full scope of DISCO’s products with a focus on high volume & high velocity transactional and outcome-based sales cycles.
What You’ll Do- Manage a team of up to 12 inside sales professionals (Account Executives) providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and tactical deal structuringÂ
- Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes DISCO’s opportunities across all products
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue growth
- Build a fun team culture that fosters accountability, prioritizes performance, and continuous learning across the inside sales team
- Work directly with the Sales Leadership on defining, executing, evaluating, and adjusting an overall sales strategy that exceeds revenue targetsÂ
- Partner with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to gather insights to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
- Actively grow your team through recruitment and professional development and recruitment to scale our inside sales organizationÂ
- You are a proven strategic sales leader, with at least 3+ years of sales experience and 2 years of Sales Management preferred
- Known for your tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion and commitment
- Strong coaching acumen to empower both individual and team success
- Ability to deliver clear, short-term goals to their directs, create milestones to help track progress while recognizing areas of improvement
- Enjoy learning new technology, but can translate that into value for clients/prospects
- Experience with disruptive technologies and supporting customers transition to the Cloud.
- Proven ability to develop prospect pipeline in a high volume, high velocity sales motions
- Ability to lead team in all areas of sales cycle
