Fluidra’s looking for an Inside Sales ManagerĀ to join our team at our North American Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEĀ 

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an inside sales team to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, monitoring, and analyzing sales metrics, setting sales goals, and implementing strategies to improve overall performance. Additionally, you will:

  • Develop inside sales strategies and adapt execution as needed to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manages activities and critical KPIs to increase market share of pool product & services.
  • Coaches and motivates team to reach daily sales goals.
  • Evaluate and prioritize inbound lead and predefined target for team to engage.
  • Develop call scripts specific to each targeted tier for Inside Sales team to reference.
  • Perform regular pipeline review to ensure inside sales reps can achieve KPI goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maximize conversion success. Maintain records in CRM accurately of sales activities, forecasts trends, wins / losses, and competitive information.
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Interface with field sales representatives to ensure good working relationship and hand off to field sales when, and if, applicable.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such has customer service, marketing, sales and operations to optimize the sales process and potential.
  • Become familiar with products, programs and promotions offered by Fluidra.
  • Train and develop team members on product and promotion knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Led by example, carrying a personal quota, and personally making calls and sales.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 4+ years of experience in an inside sales job
  • Excellent communication, written, and active listening skills.
  • Strong management skills with ability to motivate and coach.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Building relationships remotely and dealing with repetition.
  • Ability to understand service, repair, and renovation company business model and needs.
  • Proficient with CRM software and other sales technology tools
  • Strong use of data to drive decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient understanding of inside sales cycle methodology.
  • Basic Microsoft office software proficiency
  • Proven one to three years managing an inside sales team preferred
  • Experience with selling or marketing to customers preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting and installing swimming pool products preferred
  • Technical knowledge of pool products and competitive swimming pool equipment preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or other related field

ExpectedĀ salaryĀ range is $90,000 - $120,000.Ā FluidraĀ offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes baseĀ salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching,Ā paidĀ vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actualĀ salaryĀ offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications,Ā experienceĀ and location.
