Inside Sales Manager

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Inside Sales Manager who will create a process-impelled workflow for inside sales and develop call scripts for inside sales support to use with lead generation and qualification.
Essential Job Functions
- Create team compensation structure and performance metrics
- Interface closely with sales and operations department to ensure alignment
- Use data driven examines to optimize sales and inside support sales operations
- Maintain follow-up procedures to new clients correctly and initiate them under minimal supervision
- Position and sell the company products to customers
- Maintain accurate detailed and applicable contact data in the database
- Call sales prospect individuals in target industries for qualifying leads and set up appointments for sales force directly
Education/Experience
- BA/BS or combination of education, training, and experience Â
- Min 5 years Previous Sales Management experience
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales/telemarketing department or call center
- Solid understanding of phone technology rules
- Knowledge of solar energy field, preferred
- Construction industry knowledge preferred
- Must have previous employee development experience
- Previous budgeting experience preferred
- SalesForce experience is a plus

- Ability to handle effectively multiple projects
- Ability to prioritize work as well as meet tight deadlines, with a positive attitude
- Technical acumen and knowledge of organization’s products
- Ability to train others in telesales or telemarketing function
- Ability to work in a fun and energizing team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills required
