Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside other Inside/Outside Sales Managers to build and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team; assist in hiring, motivating and coaching Inside Sales representatives to achieve individual and team quotas
    • Teams make outbound calls to warm leads in an effort to qualify and schedule with one of our virtual or field reps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize target market segments/prospects
  • Develop sales objectives/quotas
  • Define/build effective sales tools
  • Execute monthly 1on1's
  • Continuously identify and analyze results and feedback from prospects/customers and sales campaigns to enhance strategies, tactics, and processes
  • Contribute as a leader to Skyline Solar's overall strategy and operating plan and act as a company representative at industry events
  • Engage directly with prospects/clients and team, as needed, to understand and resolve key issues, advance large and / or "stuck" sales opportunities and identify front-line feedback/coaching areas for team members
  • Document/implement Performance Optimization Plans (POPs) for field sales reps that are not achieving minimum performance requirements, as needed
  • Be a positive influencer in team meetings
  • Live the company's core values

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years Inside Sales or Outbound Phone experience required
  • 2+ Years of call-center management experience is HIGHLY preferred
  • NO Solar experience required 
  • Proven track record of meeting individual and team goals
  • A sincere interest/motivation for coaching others
  • Open and flexible schedule
  • Organized
  • Ability to self-manage

    • 50k-75k Base Salary
      • Base will be dependent on experience
