Appstar has recently launched online marketing and has been flooded with responses. We are seeking a strong Inside Sales Manager to help us scale and realize our vision for success.Â
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the productivity, retention, development, and overall performance of the sales team. Responsibilities include training and managing staff, appraising performance, consistent coaching and mentoring, and execution of strategic sales plans.Â
We are seeking candidates with prior B2B Inside Sales management experience, preferably in Fintech, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Technology environment.
Inside Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Create and implement sales plans
- Ability to exceed sales goals by measuring and managing KPI’s
- Analyze sales data and take actionÂ
- Experience in mentoring and coaching sales teams
- Outside the box creative solution-oriented leadership
- Strong consultative value driven solution-selling approach
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Two to three years of sales management in an inside sales environment.
- Five years+ sales experience.
- A proven track record of sales results and performance
- Ability to lead by example, showcase selling skills, including closing ability, and strong negotiation.Â
- Short sales cycle experience thriving on the one-call close.
