This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-growing, international sales organization focused on building and scaling high-performing inside sales teams. You will be responsible for shaping sales talent, driving performance, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue targets in a data-driven environment. The position involves directly managing, coaching, and developing inside sales associates while setting a strong example through execution and accountability. You will play a critical role in defining sales processes, improving conversion metrics, and building a culture of excellence and ownership. Working closely with senior sales leadership, you will help design and execute strategies that directly influence business growth. Accountabilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new inside sales associates while leading their training and development journey.
  • Set, track, and drive quarterly sales targets while ensuring consistent achievement of key performance metrics.
  • Monitor and improve team performance indicators such as close rates, conversion rates, and repeat customer metrics.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, providing feedback and supporting continuous improvement of team members.
  • Manage underperformance through structured performance improvement plans and corrective action strategies.
  • Handle escalations effectively while maintaining strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead by example through strong work ethic, execution discipline, and consistent sales performance standards.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership or management role preferred.
    • Strong experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales.
    • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach.io or Reply.io is highly desirable.
    • Experience in SaaS or IT sales environments is a strong advantage.
    • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with strong focus on sales metrics and performance tracking.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
    • Strong leadership qualities including problem-solving, accountability, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
