In this role you'll be part of a team tasked with capturing and reporting on the quality of sales calls that occur within our Inside Sales organization. We exist to provide valuable insights that can be used to help sales leaders drive performance.
We're looking for a self-motivated contributor who is able to evaluate calls, meet targets with a deadline, and who can thrive in an agile environment. Vivint context is ideal. Prior sales experience, though not necessarily with Vivint, is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
SAFETY:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluating Inside Sales calls according to specified quality expectations
- Partnering with Sales leaders to provide performance insights
- Assisting in the maintenance of a central Inside Sales call library
- Conducting targeted case studies to identify opportunities for floor improvement
Required Skills:
- Comfort with basic computer programs and apps (such as the Microsoft suite and Teams)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal communication
Required Education/Experience:
- 6 mo. experience in a call center environment (Vivint preferred)
