Base Pay of $50,000 + Commission

• Basic computer skills

• Seeking individual with previous sales experience and/or HR Recruiting experience
• Must have an understanding of how to get through a Gatekeeper and able to build rapport over the phone quickly
• Will be presenting and discussing rates over the phones; negotiation
• Must be detailed
• Excellent verbal and written skills
