Job Summary:

• BidURenergy, a division of NRG, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales force. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating interest in our energy brokerage services and other NRG services.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generates new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound lead follow-up
• Communicate effectively (via telephone and e-mail) with prospective clients on a daily basis
• Work effectively with other team members to provide prospective client with all information they need.
• Collect required forms and information from prospective clients
• Manage sales pipeline utilizing internal database.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid- remote and open office environment
• Sitting for long periods of time

Minimum Requirements:

• HS Diploma, or equivalent
• 3 years' experience working directly with customers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the energy industry
