Summary:
Directly supports Channel Manager with execution of channel strategies, business intelligence, channel communications, and provides administrative support.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or the equivalent in education and experience.

Directly supports Channel Manager with execution of channel strategies, business intelligence, channel communications, and provides administrative support.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Channel Support
- Participates in channel functions in direct support of Traditional Sales as directed by the Channel Manager
- Supports Channel Manager with Wholesale accounts as directed
- Provides data support for all line review requests
- Develops sales presentations
- Channel Communication
- Acts a principle liaison with Traditional Sales organization.
- Manages Traditional Sales channel communications.
- Marketing Support
- Supports Channel Manager with direct coordination with the Marketing department.
- Acts as a direct liaison with the Marketing department
- Business Intelligence
- Develops marketing and competitive information
- Develops additional BI tools and information as needed
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or the equivalent in education and experience.
Qualifications:
- Three years related experience in retail channel
- Knowledge of the hardware industry is strongly recommended
- Analytical background preferred for managing pricing and project management tools
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
