Inside Sales Rep L&R
Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell Life and Health products by taking in-bound calls, placing out-bound calls and responding to email, voicemail and internet/web inquiries.
You'll love this position if you:

- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily contact volume to ensure production goals are met
- Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ratio goals are met
- Consistently achieve established quality standards
- Maintain licensing regulation/requirements
Requirements
- 2 years of college or equivalent business experience
- Must have Life and Health LicenseÂ
- Must have Series 6 and 63
- Maintain any required FINRA registration and any required insurance agent or producer license in the state or states in which you are appointed.
- Call center or customer service experience
