Inside Sales Reporting Analyst

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

·       Design, track, report and analyze key organizational and operational metrics.

·       Ensure ad hoc standard operational reports are delivered accurately and on time.

·       Drive an integrated, cost effective reporting architecture, strategy and process supporting all entities.

·       Coordinate across client and internal teams to provide metrics.

·       Analyze designated performance measures and conduct root cause analysis as needed.

·       Ensure standard reports meet business needs while reducing custom requests.

·       Manage reporting applications and accountable for reporting SLA.

·       Central Measurement Reporting.

·       Understand business in order to pull new insights/metrics out of data sources

·       Set direction for overall measurement and reporting needs.

·       Drive Performance, Analytics, and Improvement, including analyzing the business data, creating internal benchmarking reports, and recommending process improvements and cost reductions in the business

·       Produce monthly operational reports e.g., SLA s, KPI s, 3X3 s,

·       Prepare reports and or materials for within and across the business as well as for management and key stakeholders
