Inside Sales Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, detail-focused team member who will bring hustle and grit to gain deep experience while receiving coaching and mentoring from our highly successful sales team.

A successful Inside Sales Representation will be focused on assisting and supporting Everywhere Wireless’ Sales Team through the sales process, including but not limited to, managing the relationships of Everywhere Wireless’s existing clients. This individual will foster relationships with developers, owners, and managers to support bringing new Everywhere Wireless Residential and Business Internet Services to their properties.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccount Management | Sales support
  • Develop and execute on sales strategies in contacting new and existing customers
  • Assist in preparing proposals on new business and renewals based on customer needs
  • Become an expert in utilizing our CRM tool – entering data, mining contacts to uncover opportunities and helping our sales teamwork opportunities through to sale
  • Building relationships and responding to developers and owners to facilitate post-sale satisfaction as well as managing incoming sales requests
  • Multi-tasking between various PC programs, carrier tools, and phone calls
  • Assist with obtaining competitor products and pricing at targeted properties within the market
  • Maintain our internal databased and files including site survey photos
  • Research potential target customers to assist in the sales process
  • Develop and execute on strategies to maintain and capitalize on opportunities when management companies or building ownership changes.
  • Ensure contract details requests, custom references, as well as service metrics requests are promptly responded to with accurate and strategic communication
  • Coordinate communication with Property Managers and Sales Representatives during service interruptions, company promotions, and other sales initiatives
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
New client Onboarding Support
  • Ensure full and accurate data in our files, databases and CRM for new deals
  • Quarterback any sales activities for new client onboarding Facilitate sales coordination of service enhancements at existing properties
  • Maintain critical data points for new construction buildings and ongoing coordination with building ownership throughout process.
  • Represent the sales team in regularly scheduled meeting with internal teams to discuss activation pipeline and building notices
  • Draft communication along with our Marketing department to ensure successful building and customer installations
  • Identify and develop relationships with partnered vendors to act as a conduit for new sales opportunities
  • Coordinate data gathering for new construction projects including blueprints and post-construction photos.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Excellent customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
