Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview
Our ideal Inside Sales Representative will communicate with clients on an ongoing basis regarding open and pending projects to manage project timelines and ensure that proper delivery of all products and services is completed to client specifications. Will communicate regularly with client project and implementation teams, individual employees, and vendors regarding open requests, open quotes, escalated orders, and at-risk projects. This representative can develop and maintain forecasts and use operational knowledge to streamline processes, ensure workflow integrity, execute other general administrative project management duties, and maintain dynamic relationships with internal and external partners. This position is an office-based position.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Enter and track opportunities, quotes, and orders in Salesforce.com and SAP
- Collaborate and interface with Account Mangers to grow sales
- Using Computacenter systems, maintain project timelines and verify integrity of Computacenter Inc Vendor Supplied Inventory (VSI) to Clients.
- Manage and oversee all logistics between Computacenter and vendors to ensure scheduled deliveries to customer sites.
- Provide regular data and timeline updates to client and Computacenter Finance teams.
- Exercise discretion and judgment to manage and coordinate execution of all open requests, open quotes, open purchase orders, escalated orders, and at-risk projects.
- Create and maintain accurate team forecasts.
- Use operational knowledge to streamline processes and ensure workflow integrity.
- Create and maintain a database of historical deals, pricing, and technology preferences across Computacenter customer base.
- Conduct general administrative project management duties as necessary.
- Microsoft Suite Expert - Outlook, Excel, Teams
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years sales experience
- 1-2 years Customer support experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Skills & Competencies
- Skill set requirements: MS Suite experience - Outlook, Excel, Teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident, articulate, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently.
