How You'll Make an Impact

The Inside Sales Representative manages outbound calls for lead lists and tradeshow follow-up; answers inbound inquiries and routes to the appropriate field sales representative; manages funnel of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) in support of campaigns. In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with Marketing and Field Sales Management to monitor, nurture and advance inbound leads from prospect status to customer.
  • Managing initial prospecting activity for Field Sales in support of National Account program groups.
  • In conjunction with Field Sales Representative, monitor and pursue recovery opportunities of declining product categories and growth of under penetrated accounts. Zero sales accounts (Walmart model and SalesIQ insights). Effectively communicate and follow-up on customers' service needs with cross-functional teams and vendors.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of call center, customer service or inside sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional phone skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
