We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to innovate, win, and grow with us remotely! As a member of the Paymode- X Tier 2 Inside Sales team, you will go the extra mile and make sure potential customers have a great experience! Successful members of our Inside Sales team value sharing our company information, while being genuine and engaging. The team is dedicated to expanding our industry leading Paymode-X Business to Business Payment Solution. If you are comfortable multitasking and placing calls, emails and chats, we are interested in talking to you!
How you'll contribute:
- You will on-board and engage a large volume of new vendors
- Cultivate business relationships and create an exceptional customer experience through the sales cycle as you build your book of clients
- Effectively use tools to communicate with via phone, email, screen share and/or other technology
- Play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our ambitious revenue growth objectives
What will make you successful:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a sales environment
- Hardworking and resilient attitude with a strong desire to build relationships through technology
- You are a solutions-oriented individual with goals of building customer loyalty
- The ability to embrace and implement feedback to adopt new skills in a fast-paced environment
- You are confident in asking clients for their business
- Ability to drive results, metrics, and key performance indicators
- You have proven success managing the sales cycle in a customer facing role
- Highly motivated by being an industry leader
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
