What we need:

Territory Account Managers represent the brands: Emedco, Seton, and/or Clement Communications. While managing new and existing accounts within a defined region of the US, Territory Account Managers are responsible for identifying new opportunities within the existing account base, as well as finding new customer opportunities who are acquired via marketing efforts or the web.

In addition, Territory Account Managers collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate customer order placement and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strengthen and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up.
  • Educate customers on products (safety signage, tags, labels, etc.) and services (safety audits, quotes, etc.) available.
  • Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approach.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals.
  • Maintain high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails.
  • Utilize multiple systems (CRM (Salesforce), SAP, dialer).

Desired Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Prior experience prospecting, closing sales over the phone, rapport building, and/or account management.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective time management skills.

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
