Job Description

Our Inside Sales Representatives will be the engine that fuels Carbon Clean's growth by setting up new buyer conversations and cultivating new customer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

  • Execute the prospecting playbook for the US sales process securing 3 new subject matter expert meetings per week.
  • Engage and support the business in their Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.
  • Pre-qualify inbound marketing leads to determine if there is a potential business opportunity for Carbon Clean.
  • Proactively make 80 contact attempts per day including calls, voicemail, and email.
  • Coordinate outside authorised sales resources and internal applications development resources to ensure the organisation meets its customer commitments.
  • Effectively utilise the company's CRM and Lead Management system (HubSpot) to ensure proper documentation of all sales activities and deliverables and create various weekly related reports.
  • Develop and disseminate relevant market intelligence in the course of normal prospecting activities.
  • Be a trusted advisor in articulating how we are helping our customers by knowing Carbon Clean's value proposition and products/services.
  • Coordinate activity related to the ABM plan and the target accounts playbook.
  • Identify and pre-qualify new sales leads through strategic account targeting, online research, proactive calling, emailing, and messaging

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience within a technology inside sales role and following a sales process.
  • Familiar with leveraging a CRM to manage customer engagements to a successful outcome.
  • Ability to communicate in simple terms - you will need to be comfortable discussing technology and technological concepts.
  • Comfortable and not afraid to be on the phone.
  • Possess self-confidence and have gravitas when talking to prospects.
  • Exceptional questioning and active listening skills; allowing you to understand a prospect's challenges and initiatives and qualify their needs.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work-ethic and superb organisation skills.
